Danielle Chang’s recipe for Nasi Goreng — a mouthwatering mix of fried rice, chicken and vegetables — comes in our Top 20 at #10.   • FYI you don’t eat nasi goreng with chopsticks. It’s an Indonesian dish & Indonesians don’t traditionally eat with chopsticks, they either eat with their hands or a fork & spoon.
